Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations to lead growth initiatives by leveraging a team of problem solvers in cross-functional engagements, focusing on Sales and Post-Sales functions. The ideal candidate will build trust with stakeholders and use operational and analytical expertise to drive change, utilizing experience in data analysis, process improvement, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted relationships with regional and senior leadership, serving as a subject matter expert on challenges and opportunities.
  • Perform data and economic analysis on sales effectiveness, utilizing Tableau reports and visualizations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, prioritize high-leverage activities for revenue growth.
  • Prepare materials for business reviews, board meetings, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate to standardize and globalize tactics across regions.
  • Design and implement operational changes with peers in Strategy & Operations and Data Analytics.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering understanding of business modeling and analysis.
  • Drive execution of operational playbooks to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, or Finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in SaaS/eCommerce is a plus.
  • Support GTM functions, especially Marketing & Sales Operations.
  • Proven ability in advanced analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Effective communicator who simplifies complex concepts for executives.
  • Experience with Tableau or Looker preferred.
  • Track record of improving business performance and efficiency.
  • Curious, independent problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity.
