Jumpstart is recruiting for a Commercial Associate/Commercial Generalist to help ambitious ex-consultants, bankers, and founders land roles at the UK\'s most exciting VC-backed startups. You\'ll own deals from day one and help define revenue, customers, and product alignment.

You\'ll work with high-growth startups, engage directly with founders and commercial leads, and receive 1:1 interview training and mentorship to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in banking or finance in high-pressure environments.
• 1–5 years in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Experience founding or scaling a venture is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Own accounts and close deals with senior customers.
• Develop outbound strategies and targeted messaging.
• Collaborate with product and tech to shape revenue models.
• Experiment with AI/automation to improve GTM performance.
• Partner with founders and executive leads on engagements.
