Jumpstart is recruiting for a Commercial Associate or Commercial Generalist to help ex-consultants, bankers, and founders land roles at UK VC-backed startups. You will own deals from day one, shape revenue models, and collaborate with product teams to refine what is sold.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of banking/finance experience or trading
• 1-5 years of consulting experience
• Founded your own venture or startup experience
• Fluent with AI tools and tech-enabled selling

Responsibilities

• Owning accounts and closing deals with senior customers.
• Entrepreneurial outreach using thought leadership and targeted messaging.
• Using data and analysis to refine decision-making and strategy.
• Collaborating with product and tech teams to align the offering.
• Building new channels and growth initiatives to generate revenue and pipeline.
• Implementing AI and automation across the GTM stack.
