RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Night Team Member for Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal. This 32-hour role (potential to extend to 40 hours) suits night owls who enjoy a calm, service-driven environment and delivering consistent guest experiences.

You will welcome late arrivals, handle check-ins and audits, keep the lobby welcoming, and collaborate with the morning team. Benefits include discounted room rates, extra birthday leave, pension options, and family-friendly

• Natural night owl comfortable working through late hours.
• Friendly and welcoming, able to smile at 3 a.m.
• Good with numbers and detail-oriented, especially nightly audits.
• Reliable and calm under pressure, able to manage guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Be night shift team member keeping the hotel running smoothly while others rest.
• Welcome late-arriving guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports.
• Be the go-to for guest requests during the night, e.g., room service or extra pillows.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks.
• Coordinate with the early morning team for a seamless handoff.

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised and ready for the morning crew.
• Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, whether it’s room service or an extra pillow, bringing comfort even in the wee hours.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, setting up the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks, making sure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.
• Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift, so everyone’s ready to take on the day.
