Eucalyptus is seeking a Growth & Experimentation Lead to own an always-on programme across landing pages, assessment flows, activation, and onboarding. You will turn data into hypotheses, design rigorous experiments, and align roadmaps with patient-focused outcomes.

Expect collaboration with product, design, growth marketing, and clinical teams to advance our digital patient journey. You’ll balance scientific rigor with strategic instincts to prioritize tests that move the patient experience

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of statistical power, sample size, significance and confidence intervals.
• Systematic hypothesis building with clear questions and expected outcomes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable roadmaps and experiments.
• Experience collaborating with design, product and marketing teams.
