Job summary

Pulse Advertising GmbH in London seeks a Manager Strategy to lead bold, insight-driven social media, influencer, and paid social strategies for global clients. You will fuse data, culture, and creativity, with AI embedded in your toolkit, shaping work that moves brands forward.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Paid Media and Data teams to ensure coherent and executable strategies across markets, bringing quick, creative thinking and a confident point of view.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency strategy experience in social/digital
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creator economy
• Experience with audience data & insights platforms (GWI/Brandwatch/Audiense/Pulsar/B4P)
• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to elevate strategy
• Confident in presenting to clients and collaborating across teams
• English fluency; German/French/Italian is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own brand, digital and social strategies from insight to client presentation and handover
• Act as strategic partner across social media, influencer, and integrated comms
• Conduct audience, brand and competitor analyses using social listening and trend tools
• Develop creator, influencer and UGC strategies across industries
• Contribute to pitches and new business with strategic rigour and point of view
• Collaborate with Client Services, Paid Media and Data teams to ensure coherence
