Job summary

Pulse Advertising seeks a Manager Strategy to lead bold, insight-driven social, influencer, and paid social strategies for a global client portfolio. You will fuse data, culture, and AI-powered insights to shape work that moves brands forward with AI as a core toolkit.

You will own strategy from insight to presentation, collaborating with Client Services, Paid Media, and Data teams. English fluency is required; German/French/Italian are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency strategy experience in social/digital.
• Proven track record across diverse industries.
• Fluent English; German/French/Italian a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own brand, digital, and social media strategies from insight to client handover.
• Consult clients across social, influencer, and integrated comms.
• Conduct audience, brand, and competitor analyses to surface actionable recommendations.
• Develop creator/influencer/UGC strategies for multiple industries.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Paid Media, and Data teams to ensure coherence.
