Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is hiring a Solutions Manager for our Growth team. You will shape client challenges into compelling ITG solutions, building strong business cases and leading the creation of winning proposals with SMEs across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience designing solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong commercial mindset with ROI focus.
• Experience creating proposals and presentations.
• Ability to map client challenges to ITG capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape the solution. Work with Growth leads to understand the client's challenge, goals and operating model, then design a relevant ITG solution aligned to the scope of work.
• Build the business case. Translate the solution into clear commercial value, including ROI and efficiency gains.
• Own the proposal. Lead the completion of all sales materials, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and presentations.
• Collaborate with SME's and colleagues across the Group to pull expertise into a winning response.
• Create compelling presentations for senior internal stakeholders to gather alignment.
• Map and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support transition handover with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up to speed with ITG solution offerings and market trends.
• Champion ITG values and culture.
