Inspired Thinking Group (Itg) is seeking a Solutions Manager to join our Growth team. You will shape client solutions, design ITG offerings blending AI, technology, content and managed services, and translate challenges into a compelling business case.

Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will lead proposals, coordinate SMEs, and present to senior stakeholders. The role rewards curiosity, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing operations and how enterprise brands plan, create and deliver content at scale.
• Working knowledge of ITG's proposition, including our technology (such as Storyteq) as part of a wider solution.
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and articulate ROI for customers.
• Experience building proposals, bids or business cases in a consultative sales, client services or solutions environment.
• An aptitude for understanding business processes, with detailed process mapping skills and the confidence to suggest alternative ways of working.
• Project and programme management experience, including managing change within a business.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with subject matter experts across a range of marketing disciplines.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Second-to-none organisational skills and time management, in an environment of ever-changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make the complicated simple.
• Self-motivated, with the enthusiasm and drive to keep developing your skills and knowledge.
• AI literate, with an understanding of where AI can, and can not, provide value.

Responsabilités

• Shape the solution. Work with Growth leads to understand the client's challenge, goals and operating model, then design a relevant, joined-up ITG solution aligned to the scope of work.
• Build the business case. Translate the solution into clear commercial value, including ROI, efficiency, quality and speed gains.
• Own the proposal. Lead the completion and management of all sales process materials, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, proposals and presentations.
• Bring in the right experts. Partner with SMEs and colleagues across the Group and pull their expertise into a coherent response.
• Create with confidence. Present compelling proposals to senior internal stakeholders for alignment.
• Map and improve processes. Understand client workflows and recommend better ways of working.
• Support transition handover. Ensure what we sell is what we deliver for a seamless client experience.
• Continued knowledge expansion. Stay updated with ITG offerings and market trends to stay competitive.
• Champion ITG. Represent ITG at its best by upholding culture and values.
