Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London is seeking a Growth role to shape and scale a world-class network for private equity investors. You’ll own outcomes from week one, work in fast sprints, and deploy AI to outperform larger teams.

The role offers rapid ownership, learning, and growth opportunities within a strong entrepreneurial culture, with travel to conferences and events as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results
• A UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
• Proactive approach and sense of ownership of everything you do

Responsibilities

• Build the audience. Identify, target, and convert every fund into our community, and ensure each receives the right message at the right time.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue. Through existing and new channels, execute activities that drive revenue.
• Write copy that persuades. Emails, landing pages and posts; leverage AI for scale.
• Sprint, test, implement. Measure impact and move numbers by optimizing offers, copy, prices and pages.
• Build systems, not one-offs. Create playbooks and AI workflows for future wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win. Some days design AI workflows; other days check investors in at events.
