Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, marketing or related roles.
• Strong written communication and message testing abilities.
• Comfort with experimentation, data and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying and converting funds into our community with timely messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and growth.
• Write persuasive copy for emails, landing pages and posts; scale with AI.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments; measure impact and optimize offers.
• Create scalable playbooks and AI workflows for repeatable wins.
• Contribute to an ambitious mission and be willing to do what it takes to win.
