Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd. is seeking a Growth role in London to build the world’s largest private equity investor network. You’ll own outcomes from week one, learn copywriting at speed, and map investors with AI to outperform large teams.

You will work in sprints, travel to conferences, and grow with a fast-moving entrepreneurial culture, joining an ambitious team that rewards ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience
• Bachelor or Master degree with great results
• UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional drive to be the best
• Proactive approach and ownership of tasks
• Humble and passionate about building companies
• Committed to continuous learning and optimisation

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying and targeting funds and converting them into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new channels.
• Write copy that persuades, across emails, landing pages and posts, scaled with AI.
• Sprint, test, implement and measure impact of experiments
• Build repeatable systems and AI workflows to accelerate wins
• Do whatever it takes to win, including designing AI workflows or handling on-site duties
