Qualifications

• Previous management experience ideally within domiciliary care.
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience of growing a domiciliary care service or increasing care hours.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care is delivered to every client.
• Grow the service by developing relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and private clients, increasing care hours and expanding the business.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team, creating a positive culture and delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain full CQC compliance through effective leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational performance, staffing and budgets to ensure outstanding care and commercial success. The role centres on leading the service, promoting its growth, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining high-quality care.
