Job summary

Admiral is seeking a Product Manager to join Veygo’s Growth product area in Cardiff. You’ll own defined parts of the acquisition and onboarding experience, guiding users from discovery to value and measuring impact. You’ll work with data, customer insights and stakeholders to prioritise and deliver impactful improvements.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving customer problems, analysing user behaviour and prioritising work to balance customer needs with business goals in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar digital product role.
• Progress problems from insight through to delivery and measurement.
• Experience improving customer journeys across web/mobile apps.
• Confidence working with data, product metrics and customer insight.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, delivery and performance of customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation and expansion.
• Define hypotheses and requirements, maintain a backlog with Design and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Pricing, Underwriting and other stakeholders.
• Use data and insights to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
• Monitor product metrics and measure impact after launch.
• Plan tests to learn and improve customer and commercial outcomes.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly through updates and analysis.
