Job summary

KFC is seeking a Head of Growth Portfolio to translate ambitious growth strategies into action. You will unify strategy and execution, prioritise initiatives and drive commercial impact across growth platforms.

As a senior leader, you’ll partner with the Chief Growth Officer and UK&I Leadership Team, shaping governance and operating rhythms to scale initiatives. Hybrid working from the Woking area is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of turning strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and decision making in ambiguous environments.
• Experience partnering with Executive Leadership Teams on high-profile priorities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Growth Portfolio, define strategic priorities, investment and outcomes.
• Unify strategy with execution, remove barriers and enable faster decisions.
• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and senior leaders to plan and govern growth initiatives.
• Build governance, capabilities and operating rhythms to scale growth platforms.
