Job summary

KFC UK&I Marketing is seeking a senior growth strategist to lead the three-year Menu Vision, shape occasions and need states, and own the Innovation portfolio to drive sustainable growth.

You will connect customer insight, commercial opportunity and restaurant realities, aligning teams across Food, Brand, Commercial, Digital, Operations and Supply Chain, and influence Global thinking as UK&I is a lead market.

Qualifications

• Around 10+ years' experience across innovation, food, menu, brand or customer growth.
• Experience in QSR, FMCG, retail or hospitality brands.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to turn customer insight into growth propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own our three-year Menu Vision and define the customer occasions and need states we want to win.
• Turn customer and cultural insight into clear growth priorities and translate them into AOP commitments and a roadmap.
• Shape how Innovation contributes to our Value agenda, delivering compelling propositions while driving sustainable growth.
• Balance opportunity, commercial return, restaurant complexity and resources to decide what to start/stop/accelerate.
• Build cases and recommend where KFC should place its next major bets.
• Create a clear innovation system with stage gates, test-and-learn and scale.
