Location & Salary

London | £68,000 - £88,000 + Benefits | Business Banking

The Role

You will drive Monzo's next growth phase by identifying and scaling strategic partnerships, especially targeting the switcher market for business accounts. Your mission: build sustainable acquisition channels and unlock growth in this segment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leading end-to-end strategy and execution of partnerships to accelerate growth and deliver value.
  2. Optimising existing relationships and scaling new opportunities through active pilots and performance analysis.
  3. Sourcing and cultivating relationships with high-impact partners aligned with strategic goals.
  4. Developing data-driven business cases and recommendations for partnership opportunities.
  5. Designing targeted strategies to acquire high-value switchers and optimize for long-term impact.
  6. Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive integration and improve acquisition performance.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in growth or partnerships, preferably in banking, fintech, or tech, with a track record in B2B strategies.
  • Data-informed and commercially focused, with confidence in using data to evaluate and guide decisions.
  • Strategic and creative thinker, capable of developing innovative solutions.
  • Adaptable across functions, understanding technical, regulatory, and operational contexts.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and motivated by Monzo’s mission.
