The United Kingdom & Ireland ("UKI") Consumer and Membership Operations team develops and executes our customer growth, engagement, and loyalty strategies. Your work could involve building targeting strategies for high-value customers or discovering the best ways to increase consumer engagement through our membership program.
We seek a strategic and creative operator to lead local partnership efforts in the UK for Uber Eats, focusing on sourcing, creating, and executing impactful consumer-facing partnerships to drive growth in both Consumer and Uber One Membership. This role requires a self-starter with executional and analytical excellence, strategic thinking, and project leadership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Design and launch a bold local partnerships strategy to drive Consumer and Membership Growth, identifying high-impact opportunities across sectors.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from setting budgets and building business cases to running experiments, executing initiatives, and optimizing performance.
- Evaluate and refine the current partner landscape, identifying opportunities to consolidate or scale for greater impact.
- Own key partnerships end-to-end, nurturing long-term relationships that deliver sustained value.
- Collaborate across teams such as Business Development, Marketing, CRM, Product, Finance, and Communications to align strategies and ensure flawless execution.
- Be the expert on partnership performance, providing insights, budget updates, and milestones to guide strategic decisions with the UKI Delivery Leadership team.
What You'll Need
- A strong analytical mindset with experience in developing and presenting business models for high-value partnerships.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of owning end-to-end program execution in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, visualization tools, Excel/Sheets, and SQL.
- Business acumen with knowledge of industry trends, competition, and partnership best practices.
- Problem-solving skills with curiosity and motivation to tackle complex or ambiguous challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of building relationships and engaging with multiple internal and external partners.
- A customer-centric attitude, always considering customer insights and ready to pivot strategies accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience managing stakeholders and adapting in dynamic environments; experience with global brands is a plus.
- Experience with incentivized and engagement-focused campaigns/partnerships.
