Job summary

Amazon Digital UK Limited is seeking a Business Development Lead to own and scale mobile partnerships and growth channels, spanning device manufacturers and distribution partners.

You will negotiate terms, optimize performance, and drive cross-functional launches with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams while building senior-level relationships to deliver measurable customer growth globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Experience negotiating and structuring partnership agreements.
• Experience managing a portfolio of partnerships across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of partnerships,
• Identify, evaluate and develop new partnership opportunities
• Negotiate and renegotiate commercial terms, ensuring deals are structured to drive mutual value and long-term growth
• Optimise existing partner performance
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and International teams to deliver partner launches on time and at quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partner stakeholders and internal leadership
• Define and track success metrics across the partner portfolio; present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Stay current on mobile ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging distribution models to inform partnership strategy
