Job summary

Athr Network Ltd. is seeking a Head of Growth to steer expansion across Discord, Minecraft, esports, and broader online communities. You will lead growth initiatives, manage partnerships, and drive opportunities through advertising, collaborations, and outreach.

As a senior leader, you will coordinate with multiple departments to promote Athr professionally and effectively, ensuring consistent external representation and strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage Discord partnerships and external community relationships.
• Advertise Athr and related projects.
• Identify and pursue mergers or acquisition opportunities.
• Develop and refine growth strategies for Athr communities.
• Collaborate with Community, HR, Minecraft Operations, and Leadership.
• Support staff recruitment advertising where needed.
• Track effectiveness of growth methods and propose improvements.
• Represent Athr professionally when engaging with external servers or partners.
