Job summary

Sentry, based in Claydon, Suffolk, is seeking a motivated team member to help grow the agricultural advisory business. You will identify gaps in our client offering, bring in new opportunities and work with the wider team to meet our objectives.

This role involves consulting across farm services, assisting with current workloads, training plans, and travel to farms and clients. A current driving licence and transport are essential; you will be encouraged to participate in ownership and monthly

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps within our current client offering and bring in new opportunities or skillsets.
• Liaise and work with the wider team, Sentry farms and external clients to work towards the joint objectives and aims of each unique business.
• Provide a diverse range of consultancy services to support the complexity of the farming businesses.
• To work within the team assisting with current workload and ongoing projects.
• Role will involve travel to farms and clients; a clean and current driving licence and own transport are essential.
• Budget and cashflow work.
• Soil, manure and nutrient planning.
• Involvement in the running and management of our benefits to members and participation in the Employee-Owned structure.
