You will be fully supported by Sentry’s wider management, procurement, and business teams, giving you access to expertise, benchmarking data, and professional development opportunities across our national network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of on farm, contract and seasonal staff.
  • Budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring using Omnia.
  • Maintenance of machinery, equipment, and fixed assets.
  • Compliance with assurance schemes and all relevant legislation.
  • Reporting and collaboration with Sentry’s management and business support teams.

  • A full UK driving licence is required.
