Sentry is seeking a proactive Land Agent to join our rural professional team, based in Kent or Suffolk. This full-time role offers client-facing exposure with support for professional exams and flexible working as part of a national team focused on UK farming and estates.

You will bring a degree in Rural Land Management (or similar) and an active interest in rural business, with RICS/CAAV qualification or progression. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Rural Land Management or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• RICS/CAAV qualified or working towards it with our support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong interest in rural business and UK agriculture.

Aufgaben

• Infrastructure and utility negotiations.
• Rural planning, diversification and development advice.
• Property management across residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
• Supporting farm and estate management.
• Drafting FBTs, CFAs, licences, rent reviews.
• Grant applications: SFI, CSS, capital grants.
• Client-facing role with full support for exams and flexible working.
