Job summary

Safestore Holdings PLC in Guildford is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service and support customers from enquiry to move in. This permanent, full-time role offers a clear development path with a focus on achieving store targets.

You will work in a supportive team in a busy retail storage environment, with a comprehensive development programme and attractive performance bonuses. Shifts cover 7:30am–6:30pm on weekdays and weekends, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Achieve your targets by understanding customer requirements and advising on the best solution from enquiry through to move in.
• Identify opportunities to maximise customer experience with exceptional service.
• Maintain store standards, including Health and Safety and high presentation for customers.
