wagamama is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help lead shifts and support the kitchen team in Exeter. You will ensure food quality remains high and that the kitchen runs smoothly, while nurturing and coaching your team to grow and feel proud of their work.

You will plan shifts to ensure proper coverage, uphold food safety standards, and keep track of gross profit, stock, and labour costs. This role offers a pathway for development within a fast-paced, vibrant kitchen culture.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting shifts and kitchen teams.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
• Familiarity with kitchen cost considerations such as gross profit, stock and labour costs.
