Wagamama is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring each dish to order is delivered with pride. You’ll work with management to keep a vibrant kitchen, uphold food standards, and foster team development.

You will coach the team on the go, manage line duties, and apply Kaizen thinking to improve processes while controlling costs. This role is on-site and requires passion for great food and teamwork.
