Job summary

Runna is seeking a skilled full stack engineer to join the Growth squad, focusing on marketing technology and growth features. You’ll work across frontend and backend, owning ad tracking integrations and data pipelines while collaborating with product, data and marketing to drive experiments and outcomes.

The role offers hybrid working in the UK, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, observability and rapid iteration to improve acquisition, activation and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a full stack engineer (frontend and backend).
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills with modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tech integrations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation and maintenance of ad tracking SDKs and MMPs.
• Build and maintain tracking and tag manager setups for web and app.
• Design, build, test and ship full stack growth features.
• Integrate CRM and lifecycle tooling, including data feeds and templates.
• Develop internal tools and scripts to improve workflows and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Data to ship A/B tests.
