Job summary

Imprivata is seeking an Interim Revenue Marketing Contractor to drive demand generation across the DACH region, with emphasis on Germany. You will execute and optimise regional programs, work with Sales, SDRs and the global Marketing team, and help deliver priority H2 initiatives.

The role combines strong execution with creative input to improve campaign performance and advance the regional marketing plan. Experience in B2B tech marketing and multi-channel campaigns is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' relevant experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation or revenue marketing.
• Fluency in German and strong business English.
• Demonstrable experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional demand-generation programs across healthcare and commercial markets in Germany and DACH.
• Support the development and execution of the H2 regional marketing plan.
• Manage campaigns across ABM, digital demand generation, telemarketing, webinars, third-party lead generation, direct marketing and events.
• Recommend new campaign ideas and tactical approaches to strengthen demand generation and pipeline creation.
• Translate regional priorities into executable campaign plans with defined target audiences, messaging, channels, timelines and performance objectives.
• Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to align marketing activity with priority accounts and ensure effective lead follow-up.
• Coordinate campaign delivery with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, creative teams, agencies, partners and external vendors.
• Manage campaign timelines, localisation, target lists, assets and follow-up activity.
• Monitor campaign performance, SQL generation, marketing-sourced pipeline and budget utilisation.
• Identify underperforming activities and recommend adjustments to improve results.
• Support priority account-based marketing initiatives within the German healthcare market.
• Provide regular status and performance updates to the VP International Revenue Marketing.
