As Metomic's first-ever Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own everything from demand generation and paid media to content, website optimization, and more. Your mission is simple: help us generate high-quality leads that fuel our explosive growth. No fluff—just real, measurable growth.

Your challenge will be to build the right marketing tactics to engage both our target enterprise customers (100-500K$+ ACV), developing ABM initiatives in collaboration with our outbound and partnerships teams, and attract mid-market customers (30-100K$ ACV).

You'll report to the CEO and work closely with our VP of Sales, the sales team, and the product team to ensure marketing drives tangible business results. You'll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and find the growth tactics that work best. As the business scales, there's a real opportunity for you to step into a leadership role.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Own demand generation: Drive qualified leads to fuel our pipeline. Focus on content & SEO, optimize all SEM channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), and collaborate with Sales and Partnerships on ABM campaigns.
• Craft the digital experience: Manage the website and content strategy to ensure messaging resonates with our target audience and drives conversions.
• Design our messaging: Develop marketing assets that speak directly to CISO customers, understanding their concerns, especially around AI & SaaS data security.
• Work with sales: Collaborate with the VP of Sales and sales teams to align efforts with revenue goals and pipeline growth.
• Be a growth hacker: Experiment boldly, push boundaries, and seek innovative results.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Metomic's customer profiles: familiarity with mid-market & enterprise GTM strategies, engaging senior buyer personas like CIOs and CISOs. Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus, or demonstrate comparable skills and quick learning ability.
• Experience in early, hyper-growth B2B SaaS environments, ideally from Seed to Series B, with a proven track record of generating leads that convert into business.
• Relevant tenure in marketing roles, showing readiness to contribute immediately.
• Growth mindset: results obsession, expertise in SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Tech-savvy and hands-on: comfortable with web technologies (Webflow, etc.) and AI-powered tools for performance optimization.
• Resourceful and analytical: creative thinker with strong measurement and optimization skills in a data-driven culture.
• Self-starter with ambition: thrives in startups, owns initiatives, and iterates on strategies from scratch.
