£45,000–£55,000 + Performance Bonus | Brighton / Hybrid
I'm working with an independent creative and communications agency in Brighton that's looking to appoint its first dedicated Growth & Partnerships Manager.
It's a boutique studio with an impressive international client base, working with global institutions, development banks, government bodies and organisations operating across sustainability, finance and international development.
The agency specialises in high-quality design and communications, from annual and sustainability reports to digital publications, websites and strategic communications.
Having grown organically through referrals, repeat business and long-standing client relationships, the founders are now looking for someone to help establish a more structured and sustainable approach to growth.
This is a newly created position with plenty of autonomy and direct access to the founders. You'll have the opportunity to shape the agency's approach to business development, partnerships and B2B marketing, rather than simply inherit an established sales process.
Responsibilities will include:
You'll have experience in business development, growth, partnerships or B2B marketing, ideally within a creative, design, communications or professional services environment.
We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
Experience in corporate reporting, sustainability, ESG, international development or institutional communications would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
This is an opportunity to play a genuinely influential role within a small, established and ambitious agency.
You've work directly with the founders, have considerable freedom to shape the commercial function and contribute to the next stage of the agency's growth, including its expanding international presence.
The role offers a basic salary of £45,000–£55,000, with a performance-related bonus structure to be agreed, and flexible hybrid working centred around Brighton.
