Wesleyan in Birmingham is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth within the medical division. You will own data-led multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, email, SEO and more to optimise performance and ROI.

You’ll develop and deliver data-led marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, expand market reach and support sustainable business growth.
Taking ownership of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, advertising and email, you'll use customer insights, performance data and testing to optimise results, improve conversion rates and maximise return on investment.
This is a high-impact role combining strategic thinking, creativity and analytical expertise, with success measured through clear KPIs and the contribution marketing activity makes to business growth.
