Fitzgerald HR Ltd is seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the marketing and growth function. Remote/UK-based with occasional travel, the role shapes strategy, builds pipeline and turns marketing into client relationships.

This senior role is hands‑on, with responsibility for campaigns, content, and partnerships while leading the Growth People Specialist and aligning with service teams and the Managing Director.

Formación

• Significant experience in marketing, growth or revenue generation within a B2B environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue.
• Experience bringing marketing and business development together.
• Experience leading and developing people and managing external partners.
• Excellent communication with senior colleagues and specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing and growth at Fitzgerald. Develop strategy and translate into practical plans.
• Build a consistent pipeline of high‑quality new business opportunities.
• Decide where to invest time and budget based on opportunities.
• Develop campaigns across organic, paid, partnerships, events, referrals and other channels.
• Track the journey from lead to win and improve conversion.
• Refine positioning and messaging to communicate Fitzgerald's differentiators.
• Collaborate with service teams to turn expertise into propositions, campaigns and content.
• Unite marketing and business development to maximize opportunities.
• Manage external marketing partners and ensure ROI.
• Stay hands‑on when needed and roll up your sleeves.
