Vertage Inc. in London is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive customer growth across the Financial Services portfolio, focusing on Loans, Car Finance and Leasing. You will own the acquisition strategy across direct and digital channels, turning objectives into growth plans and measurable results.

You’ll work with Financial Services leadership and Group Marketing to develop propositions, journeys and campaigns, optimise performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Experience working in FCA-regulated environments (e.g., financial services).
• Track record of delivering measurable customer and commercial growth.
• Data-driven approach using attribution to optimise marketing performance.
• Good understanding of FCA requirements, Consumer Duty and GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the acquisition and growth strategy across Financial Services products.
• Develop customer propositions, messaging, audiences and journeys that drive acquisition and conversion.
• Lead activity across web, app, CRM, email, SMS, paid media, SEO, content and social.
• Build lifecycle and retargeting journeys for engaged customers.
• Use insights to identify new growth opportunities.
• Measure and optimise CAC, CPL, conversion, applications and ROI.
• Drive a test-and-learn approach to scale or reallocate investment.
• Explore opportunities across AI, automation and personalisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, CRM, Data, Brand, Compliance, Legal and external partners.
• Ensure activity meets FCA, Consumer Duty, financial promotions and GDPR requirements.
