With a new proposition and services about to launch, we’re at an incredibly exciting period for the agency and are hunting for a Growth Marketing Executive / Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make some serious impact.

What you’ll do

• This is a doing role. No passengers here. Supporting our growth ambitions, you’ll be the engine behind elevating the LinkedIn presence of some of our key people; turning personal brands into business magnets. Alongside this you will manage and grow our reach within a community of forward-thinking marketers. Specifically, you’ll:

Growth through LinkedIn (70% of role)

• Develop and manage standoutcontent plansacross multiple profiles
• Write compelling content(with a little help from your AI sidekicks)
• Post, test, analyseand refine to drive engagement and growth
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team to unlock their voice and vision
• Bring bold ideas, challenge the status quo, and move fast

Community growth and management (30% of role)

• Grow and maintain our marketing database and LinkedIn follower-base
• Oversee CRM activity and email comms – nurturing prospects into customers
• Drive attendees to ‘The Club’ – our online and in-person event series presence
• Maximise our services and offerings to help us reach a new audience
• Bring a human approach and new ideas to our customer comms

What you bring

• A fire-in-the-belly mindset with a growth mindset and proven knack for making stuff happen
• Experience in a digital marketing role and a thirst for the latest tech trends
• Deep knowledge ofLinkedIn’s mechanics, nuances, and opportunities
• Strong writing chops and a love for storytelling
• A growth hacker’s instinct with the data-driven mindset to back it up
• High AI literacy - you know your tools and how to wield them
• Sharp organisational skills and the confidence to lead from the front
