Job summary

Reflect Digital in Maidstone is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to sit at the heart of our client operations. You will translate client ambitions into cohesive, multi-channel strategies spanning SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, and Creative Content while balancing service excellence with commercial focus.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, you’ll mentor a delivery team, manage scopes, and drive high NPS scores through thoughtful collaboration, smart prioritisation, and value-led growth.

Qualifications

• You’re a high-EQ collaborator who blends big-picture strategy with operational execution.
• You have a track record in growth or client management roles within an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into a cohesive multi-channel growth strategy across SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR and Creative Content.
• Oversee day-to-day account ownership, balancing exceptional client servicing with commercial awareness and scope management.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across campaigns.
• Support pitches, proposals and RFPs with strategic input to win new business.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive performance through data-informed decision making.
