Job summary

Spruce is seeking a growth marketer to scale our marketing engine across campaigns, content, ads and experiments. You’ll own the growth stack, run tests, manage ads and content, and collaborate with leaders to accelerate installer growth in the UK.

You’ll work closely with the founder team, own analytics, and be ready to get hands-on with sales when needed. The role offers a hybrid model with London/Bristol presence and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience.
• You should spot opportunities and push things forward.
• You will be involved in campaigns, content, ads and growth experiments.

Responsibilities

• Running growth experiments – setting up tests to drive product adoption.
• Creating and managing ads, content, and emails across channels.
• Owning distribution channels – partnerships, website, socials, paid ads and events.
• Marketing analytics & reporting – track CAC and channel performance.
• Sales involvement when needed – jump into calls or close leads.
