Job summary

Spruce in London and Bristol is seeking a brilliant growth marketer to scale our marketing engine, helping add thousands of installers over the next 18 months. You’ll drive experiments, campaigns, content, ads and onboarding, and own the growth trajectory.

You’ll work with the founders to scale growth, own distribution channels, run tests, analyze CAC, and even jump into sales when needed. This role is hands-on and data-driven with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience in growth marketing or related roles.
• Ability to run campaigns across paid ads, email, and social channels.
• Strong communication and concise copywriting skills.
• Hands-on with landing pages, tracking, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Run growth experiments and test marketing levers to drive user growth.
• Create and manage ads, content, and emails for top and mid-funnel.
• Own distribution channels: website, socials, email, paid ads, events.
• Analyze marketing metrics, CAC, and channel performance; propose optimizations.
• Occasionally engage in sales activities to maximize growth impact.
