Job summary

Adfin is hiring its first Growth Marketer in London to drive inbound leads across paid, web, email and search. You will build processes and automations from scratch and own data showing what's working. Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with all teams, including the founders.

You'll run campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google, translate ideas into measurable growth, and develop onboarding journeys from sign-up to active users.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in B2B marketing.
• Hands-on paid media experience (LinkedIn, Meta or Google) and HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Strong AI and no‑code skills with Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make or Clay.
• Built processes or systems from scratch.
• Ownership of metrics: tracking, reporting and why results vary.
• Clear writing that turns data into compelling ads or pages.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, web, email and search from ideation to optimization.
• Build processes and automations for marketing workflows.
• Own conversion tracking, attribution and weekly lead/pipeline reporting.
• Manage HubSpot lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing.
• Develop AI-enabled tools to speed up the team's work and reporting.
• Improve website performance for sign-ups and demos.
