Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.
• Proven track record growing customer relationships and revenue.
• Experience positioning and selling services beyond software licensing.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organisations with multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Commercial acumen translating technical concepts into business value for enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional growth strategies for Premier Support and Managed Services across EMEA and APAC.
• Position services as an extension of the customer lifecycle to drive upsell and revenue.
• Build and scale partner-led support models through onboarding and enablement.
• Lead go-to-market execution with regional sales teams, co-selling, and revenue acceleration.
• Shape service offerings with Product Management on packaging, pricing, and roadmap.
• Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimise pipeline and conversions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service Delivery, Marketing, Legal, IT, and partners for compliant execution.
