About the Role

They are seeking a Growth Manager to own and accelerate their customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a strong focus on subscription and membership growth. This role will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and lifecycle marketing, with the ultimate goal of driving efficient, sustainable growth for our brand.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams to launch high-performing campaigns, optimise the customer journey, and scale our subscriber base across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a 360° growth plan to increase memberships & boost customer lifetime value
  • Optimise existing funnels to improve conversion rates and overall performance
  • Build and manage high-converting landing pages within Shopify
  • Run A/B tests across funnels and customer journeys to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to launch and scale campaigns
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics across acquisition, retention, and subscriptions

About You

  • 4–6+ years experience in direct-to-consumer growth, performance marketing, or ecommerce
  • Proven track record of growing DTC brands through paid media and CRO
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and funnel dynamics
  • Experience managing and scaling subscription-based revenue models
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and ad platforms
  • Analytical thinker with a creative edge and test-and-learn mindset
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across teams
  • Beauty or CPG background a plus but not required
