Job summary

Lendable in London is seeking a Head of Direct Marketing & CRM to own the direct mail channel end-to-end, including creative, sends, logistics, offers and reporting. The role blends hands-on data work and strategic leadership to scale a high‑performing channel anchored to LTV and unit economics.

You will build response models, source enrichment data, and lead a team while partnering with finance, product, risk and engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across direct mail, CRM, lifecycle or performance marketing.
• Hands-on with data: you build response/propensity models and write SQL/Python to source, clean and join data.
• Track record scaling a measurable acquisition or retention channel with commercial impact (CAC, ROI, LTV).
• Fluent in the economics: you size, forecast and defend a channel on unit economics and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own the direct mail strategy end-to-end with ambitious, LTV-anchored targets.
• Build the data pipeline: first-party and enrichment data for targeting; own segmentation and incrementality testing.
• Brief and iterate on creative, copy and offer design to lift response and conversion; manage prints and logistics.
• Lead reporting tying sends to funnel, revenue and LTV; hire and develop the team.
