Competenze

• 4+ years in eCommerce, retail media or digital marketing, FMCG/CPG preferred.
• Experience managing large budgets and agency relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field; Master's a plus.

Mansioni

• Drive retail media strategy (Amazon/Social) across EMEA markets with integration into brand planning.
• Develop standardized cross-market measurement frameworks and ROI dashboards.
• Oversee digital shelf and content creation using PIM/DAM tools and A/B testing.
• Lead financial best practices, including A&P vs. gross-to-net categorization.
• Manage external retail media agency relationships and service delivery.
