Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Surrey, England seeks a Retail Media & eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead our Amazon and TikTok Shop strategy across EU markets. You will drive integration of retail media and social commerce, define measurement frameworks, and partner with GDIO, IBE and Analytics to close capability gaps.

This role requires at least 4 years in eCommerce or digital marketing, plus 1 year in social commerce, a marketing degree, and willingness to travel 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce, Retail Media or Digital Marketing with preference for FMCG/CPG.
• Experience in Social Commerce is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic integration of retail media (Amazon/Social Commerce) across EMEA markets.
• Develop standardized cross-market measurement frameworks and ROI dashboards.
• Oversee the digital shelf and content creation process using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Lead financial practices, including A&P vs Gross to Net with internal teams to close capability gaps.
• Manage external retail media agency relationships and ensure governance across Europe.
