Job summary

Thirdfort is seeking a Growth Leader to take the tenant referencing product to the next level. You will define GTM strategy, lead market differentiation, and work closely with Product & Technology to scale the offering. The role requires commercial though leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.

The role supports a London hybrid model with ~3 days in the office and significant cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of high-growth scaleup experience or ex-consultant turned operator.
• Proven track record owning commercial numbers end-to-end, winning new business and growing accounts.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to generate insights and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy and execution: positioning, messaging, segmentation, launches.
• Conduct market research to deepen customer empathy and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Drive product adoption via full-funnel GTM across paid, owned and earned channels.
