Job summary

Defaqto is seeking a Growth Product role in London to own day-to-day product success and evolve products for current customers and future growth. You will bridge strategy, delivery and commercial outcomes while collaborating with a Product Director and cross-functional teams.

You will monitor performance, prioritise roadmap increments, validate opportunities, and drive initiatives that deliver measurable customer and commercial impact. Hybrid working in London or nearby offices is available.

Qualifications

• Solid experience working on SaaS products in an agile delivery environment.
• Experience owning or contributing to commercial metrics, such as adoption, usage, retention or revenue impact.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, prioritised roadmap increments with defined success measures.
• Comfortable working across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance, including adoption, usage, customer feedback and commercial indicators.
• Identify areas where products are under‑performing and work with delivery, commercial and customer teams to define and execute improvements.
• Own and prioritise BAU and improvement work within your area, ensuring efforts deliver value.
• Turn strategic themes into clear, prioritised roadmap increments with defined success measures.
• Validate opportunities through discovery, analysis and learning, feeding insights into strategic decisions.
• Define success metrics for increments and track benefits realization after launch.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand workflows and opportunities.
• Drive go-to-market activities with Commercial and Marketing to support adoption and revenue impact.
