Job summary

Puresport is seeking a senior Head of Growth to own DTC, Amazon and TikTok, defining the strategy and delivering growth across channels. You will work hands‑on with Shopify, Amazon Seller tools and TikTok Shop, driving forecasts, budgets and performance analytics.

You will lead a data‑driven program to test ideas, optimize campaigns and scale sustainable revenue. Collaboration with Brand, Sales and Finance is essential to shape the 2027 growth plan.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of e‑commerce or digital growth experience with proven channel P&L ownership.
• Hands-on experience running DTC (Shopify) and Amazon with strong tooling, advertising and data capabilities.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and contribution across multiple online channels.

Responsibilities

• Define the 2027 e‑commerce strategy and three‑year ambition for DTC, Amazon and TikTok.
• Set channel roles, pricing, pack architecture and promotional principles with Brand, Sales and Finance teams.
• Lead and optimize paid media, CRM and lifecycle marketing to hit CAC, payback and retention targets.
