Private Equity Insights Ltd. is seeking a Growth professional to help build the world’s largest network for private equity investors. You will work in sprints, learn to craft persuasive copy, map the investor landscape, target funds, and deploy AI to outperform large teams.

You will contribute from London, taking ownership from week one, with travel to conferences and real-world impact across marketing channels and events.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, marketing or related field.
• Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results.
• A UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with urgency and ownership.
• Desire to learn quickly and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience: identify, target, and convert every fund into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue using existing and new channels.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts, leveraging AI.
• Sprint, test, and implement: measure experiments and optimize offers, copy and pages.
• Build repeatable systems and AI workflows to enable faster wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including frontline event support.
