Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is recruiting a Schemes Development Underwriter for our Gloucester office. You will manage a portfolio of schemes, drive profitable growth and build strong broker partnerships, underpinned by governance and underwriting expertise.

• Manage a portfolio of schemes to deliver profitable growth and strong underwriting performance.
• Develop and execute account plans and engagement strategies to maximise scheme potential.
• Build and maintain broker and partner relationships to drive trading performance and long-term success.
• Identify growth opportunities through product development, distribution expansion and portfolio optimisation.
• Monitor scheme performance, governance and regulatory requirements, providing insights to support decision making.
