You will drive profitable growth through underwriting leadership, broker relationships, and market engagement, guiding decisions with technical expertise and commercial insight.

Qualifications

• Strong technical underwriting knowledge in commercial insurance.
• Ability to manage and influence internal/external stakeholders.

• Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and profitably underwrite new and existing business within delegated authority.
• Manage portfolio workload to meet service standards and targets.
• Build broker/partner relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
• Drive underwriting excellence through audits and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively.
