Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and resolve problems via call or email.
• Survey customers periodically to assess satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide customer administration support and resolve customer related issues.
• Support generation and implementation of customer account plans for assigned key customer accounts.
• Provide timely pricing and quote assistance to dealers and sales team and manage yearly price actions.
• Utilise CRM tools to support planning, progress and delivery of growth objectives.
• Provide transactional, systems and operational support across the industrial engine sales team.
• Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Develop a deep understanding of the industrial engine product range, sectors and markets.
